Hi All!

I am new to BiggerPockets, but tired of working the 9 - 5 and working to pay bills. After going through my own househunt/financing fiasco, I have decided to pursue a career with real estate. I have heavy interest in flipping, and single family rental properties. I am looking at getting into a MLO position with a company to make money for my initial cash flow.
