Hey name is keyonte 26 I'm just getting started in REI. I'm currently on the road to becoming financially free. I want to add about 2500 to 3k in passive income. I currently work full-time. Now I current own one rental property free and clear 100k or so in equity this property is cash flowing 351 after all expenses . I have one more property either I'm going to flip or hold depending on the market. This was 30k about a 10k rehab. I wanted to invest in the Harper woods area. Any ideas on the best way to get started and what my next steps should be? I was also looking into partnering investment opportunities .

Welcome Keyonte!  Sounds like you are off to a great start!  Not familiar with your area but I'm sure someone on BP is.  I would connect with a realtor in the area you are looking to invest in and start picking their brain.  Best of luck to you!
