Hello Bigger Pocketers... Kelvin here, (31) from the Virgin Islands St. Croix, however currently working abroad in Kuwait as a military contractor. For sometime now i have wanted to jump into real estate and I think I would say im now comfortable, motivated, and excited to get started while im overseas. Maybe a little more difficult with long distance but still excited. i heard about BP maybe 1 month ago and kept on listening and reading... now i have decided to buy my first rental prop. before Dec.
