Hello my name is Kully Millage. I got into the Realstate game last year doing only wholesales. Ive accumulated 3 properties now to hold and rent. Two single family rentals and one duplex. I'm looking to ramp things up and raise some capital. I have been doing some research and I wanted to start a discussion on bigger pockets about the pros and cons of hard money lending, what to look for, and how to do it the correct way. Would you recommend capital firms or private individuals. What terms , percentages , etc work the best. I will be sending direct mail to find these properties hopefully under market value, I will be buying single family homes and small multi units for now. I just started on bigger pockets- I'm upset I haven't been on here much earlier! Thank you in advance for your responses. Kully
