New to REI in North Jersey

Hello everyone- My name is Mike and I am from Morris County, NJ. My business partner and I are working to get our first house under contract and flipped. Our goal is to have our first contract flipped by the end of September. We are still new to the business so if anyone has some knowledge about wholesaling, we are always eager to learn. I joined BiggerPockets after hearing their podcast and it has definitely given me a lot of great insight to REI.
