Hello,

My name is Cory Musick and I'm currently Active Duty Air Force and Im stationed at Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota. I am separating next month and moving to Navarre Florida. I'll be staying with a friend while I get myself settled in. 

I'm interested in using my VA loan to purchase a owner occupied multifamily unit. I am also interested in flipping properties as well. I have all the tools and experience necessary as I have done some remodles and full basement refinishes as well.

I have been reading as many books as I can and just came across this forum today.

I'm excited and ready to learn. I can't wait to get my business growing.
