Hello Bigger Pockets!

My name is Ryan and after a few weeks of lurking I have decided to introduce myself. I am located in sunny Tucson, Arizona and I am looking for my first deal. I have listened to a bunch of the podcasts and have been following the blogs and forums regularly. My focus is to buy and hold student rentals and/or multifamily properties. Thanks!
