Hi my name is LeBranden Anthony but my friends call me LB. Even though I am only 29 years young, I have been in the real estate business for almost 11 years now. Throughout my 11 year tenure as an agent, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple families who sought out to own their own home. I am proud to say that I have, had, and will always fight for my clients to make sure that they are treated fair and are able to find a house that will accommodate their needs and wants. I graduated from Clemson University in 2011 with a bachelors in international business (with a focus in German), paying my way through school thanks to the help of real estate. I have learned throughout my career that if you treat people right and do things the right way, it will pay off, it won't be easy, but it still will pay off. I am seeking now to move on to real estate investment, I currently have a pulse on what is happening in the market here in the upstate. There are still properties that are selling as low as $34,000 here in some areas. I am here to network, but also to get started in investment, I am very wet behind the ears when it comes to investment and would like to use this community as an opportunity to learn from others like myself who have a hunger.
