Hello! My name is Keith Torsen. I'm very new to real estate investing, and had just signed up for Bigger Pockets. I'm currently reading the Book on Rental Property Investing, or rather listening to the audiobook, I should say. I'm fresh to Sacramento, and would like to start investing here and the surrounding areas within one year. So August of 2018 is my target date for my first deal, as I learn the markets and different neighborhoods. So greetings from a new member! I look forward to learning and growing here with all of you!
