What is the minimum age for real estate investing?

Newbie from Deerfield, MA

Hello all I am increasingly interested in real estate investing. I have read some of the books on rental investing that bigger pockets recommended. A huge roadblock I see in my near future is my age. I am 15 years old and I am considering waiting to start my real estate investing career until I am 18. I guess my real topic is what is the age limit for rental investing if there is one?
