Moving to Knoxville, looking to house hack/learn the market!

Hello BP! Adam here, coming at you from NW Indiana! While I am not a new member to BP, I am a new member to the great city of Knoxville, TN! I moved to NW Indiana about 3 months ago and as I was lining things up to buy my first property, my life got flipped on its head and now I am moving to Knoxville to start grad school (any other physician assistants on here?)! I will be down there in around mid-Sept and my wife will be joining me probably in January. 

I'm looking to house hack and get a property purchased before January before I move my wife and all my stuff down here.

However, this is where I need YOU, the great members of BP! I do not know a single person in Knoxville! I need your help to find an awesome real estate agent, lenders, wholesalers... anyone in the business really! If you know someone, or are someone in the business, please reach out to me!
