Hi from the East End! Suffolk County Long Island

Hi, My name is Marty. I live on the East End of Long Island in the Hamptons, Bridgehampton specifically. I think I want to make my start into real estate investing as a property manager. There are a lot of homeowners who only use their homes for part of the year and they remain vacant through the winter. I have been listening to the podcast for a long time (I think I'm up to show 150 starting at the beginning). There have been plenty of great ideas but, I'm wondering if any pertain to my area specifically. I have seen a lot of houses on the market around here. So I'm curious if this is even a good market in which to get my start
