Hello everyone my is David and I am a newbie from North Carolina wanting to learn and get into real estate investing specifically buying and holding properties. I want to learn all I can and to be able to invest in my first property soon. I look forward to learning all I can from you all and the site.

Welcome, David.  The one thing I would recommend is to listen to every single podcast.  Sounds like a lot of listening, but well worth it.....again, welcome!
