Ready To Really Kick it Into Gear

My husband and I have a construction and architectural background, respectively, and began investing in Real Estate in 2013 in Knoxville, TN. He got his real estate license, and we began doing flips with some initial financial assistance from my parents. It's been a bit slow going (we did take about a year off to do a major renovation of our own home), and we're feeling a big itch to take our business and our financials to the next level. My husband is the "idea" guy, and the one that can make things happen, but I'm the one that has to light fire! I've been a member of BP for a few years now (I listened to the very first podcast when it was the only one!), but am now returning full throttle to soak up as much information and advice as I can. Due to the declining flipping market in our area, we are now also starting to really focus on some multi-family buy and hold properties, while also hoping to grow our manpower to be able to have more than one flip going at a time (if the market allows). I feel like we're close, but gotta make something happen soon. Any and all advice welcomed and greatly appreciated!
