Aspiring investor in Arizona

Hey BP family.

Long time lurker, first time poster.

There are a ton of questions and topics I'd love to talk and ask for more advice on; But I want to keep this post shorter in relevance to my immediate needs.

I just moved here from Maryland, when I say 'moved' I mean I'm staying in a hotel for $500/week. - I just didn't enjoy living life in a daily routine under the paralyzing shade that the comfort zone casts. So Instead of taking strides of moderation, I drove 2300 miles to put myself in new situations, to change, to grow, to live!

Anyway, I'd like to plant some roots here. Reaching out to any local investors, I'm in the Scottsdale Arizona area. In a perfect world, I'd be on the look out for a multi family to house hack. If not, maybe a home I can provide some value to? Maybe a live-in fixer upper? Maybe it's already occupied and cash flowing?  I'm just hungry to get that first property boys! Owner financing would be an even more beautiful thing as I've done atleast one responsible thing and saved $35k before driving out and plopping myself under these beautiful sunsets.

I'm 23 years young and the possibilities of exponential growth excites me. I don't have many, let me rephrase, I don't have any friends here. That being said, REIs, if you ever have a long to-do list with your personal investment properties and an empty passenger seat, I'd love to ride along and help you in anyway I can! Being around the business, physically learning and getting involved in something I want persue sounds like a good time to me (honestly).

Any help or direction, big or small, would be greatly appreciated!
