Hello everyone! 

My name is Michael and I am a Service Adviser for Nissan looking to get into real estate! As you know working at a dealership you spend most of your time working and will be doing flipping part time with hopes to move to full time flipping and rental property. I plan to do most if not all work to the properties as I have a couple years of construction experience and general rehab experience.   

I have $40k in a equity line looking to buy my first property to flip. I am looking for people to help guide me in the right direction!
