Analysis paralysis newbie from Canon City, Colorado

Hey awesome BP community,

Been lurking on the site for 1/2 a year or so now trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing; reading books, listening to podcasts, attending webinars, talking with other local investors. I think I am at the point of analysis paralysis. I have a good w-2 job with good credit so partnering up sounds interesting but also looking at out-of-state turnkey as well as investing locally or in the Pueblo area. Our families goal is to get away from the W-2 job in four years or less to pursue some other life interests more in depth spend more time with our kids. We currently house hack through Airbnb but are ready to take the next step. Any help getting over the next hurdle would be greatly appreciated.
