Hello BP family, I bought my first SFR rental in Kyle last year, and an AirBnB in Fredericksburg I closed on a few months ago. I will be looking to get in to Multi Family within a year and currently reaserching and learning. Looking forward to connecting with experienced multi family investors. thank you, Mario

Mario, welcome! How is the short term rental in Frederiscksburg going? I've considered the same. I am currently investing in multifamily here in Austin.
