Newbie in the Boston area

Hello all! Happy to join this community. I am a 36 year old woman in the Boston area who is just starting to learn about REI. I already own a two family home and I live in one unit. The primary idea I'm exploring is to buy a reasonably priced vacation rental (Airbnb) in New England and create some cash flow from it. It would be just a start. Thanks all for your contributions that have helped me learn so much already!
