Hello! My name is Jackson Miranda and I am a senior at Jericho High School. I would love to converse with local real estate agents, landlords, or investors to hear their experiences and stories.

I am primarily into rental property investing and hope to jump into it right after or during college. My goal is to have a monthly cash flow of 8.5k to ensure financial freedom within my first 5 years. I plan to invest in duplexes, triplexes, 4plexes, etc and trade them in via a 1031 exchange for an apartment complex. This will allow me to spend less on major capital expenses like a new roof.

Feedback would be much appreciated and I would love to talk individually or in the comments with as many people as possible. Hope to hear from you all soon.

Thank you -Jackson Miranda
