22 years old and new to the scene from Dayton, OH

Hello all, My name is Damian Koester and I am currently residing Brookville, OH (Dayton). I am 22 years old with a BS in Integrated Social Studies Education from Defiance College and half of my MA completed in History from The University of Akron. I am new to the Bigger Pockets scene, but have been reading on the topic of REI and Stock Investing for 3 months now. I simply just wanted to introduce myself to the community and say that I am looking for any opportunity to learn more and get some out in the field experience from any of the experienced/up and rising Investors from this community and/or the Dayton area! I am a book fanatic with a passion for helping others, and I strive endlessly to learn as much as I can. Ever since being introduced to REI from my best friend I have been staying up countless nights watching podcasts and reading as much literature as possible and I want to keep learning until I feel comfortable enough to work towards that first deal.
