Hello BP, My wife and I are new to RE investing and are looking to network with locals, both newbies and experienced alike. Our preferred property types are 3 BR 2 BA one story single family homes or small multi family to flip or buy and hold. ARV target is $80k-$150k. Currently I hold a full-time job outside of REI. Our main motivation is to prepare for financial freedom by generating cash flow outside my full-time job. Also by investing in RE we are diversifying our portfolio. If you are a wholesaler, agent or flipper looking for a partner we'd love to meet you and work with you. Our biggest challenge has been finding the first property. We have the financial resources to get started we just need to "take the plunge". Thanks for reading our post and we look forward to joining the BP community. Have a great day, Jim
