Hey everyone, my name is Rick and I live in North Richland Hills, Texas. My wife and I have been investing in real estate for the past few years. My focus is BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat) properties in the North East Fort Worth area. My goal is to eventually 1031 my properties and invest in multifamily rentals.
