My name is Lanis from Southern California, Inland Empire to be precise. I am happy to be on BP....I have been in the Real Estate business (Licensed Real Estate Agent) for over ten years, however, I have zero experience in flipping homes. I am interested in wholesale, fix and flip and also rentals. I am looking forward to all the help I can get from my BP neighbors. I am really excited to be on this forum.
