Newbie in quakertown, Pennsylvania
Hello everyone! My name is Matt. I'm a 29 year old hardwood flooring sub contractor who was stuck in the rat race far too long and have taken many measures now to exit post haste from the rat race. I was bitten by the real estate bug after reading rich dad poor dad and every since have been absorbing all the knowledge I can find. Including bigger pockets podcasts and what I'm currently reading, the book on rental property investing. My goal in real estate is Simple. I want to buy my first property as a house hack to get started. From there I want to purchase at least one multi family each year to create a cash flow to fund further purchases. I plan to scale this operation enough to allow me to live off my passive income and no longer need to work if I choose not too. That's the plan 😊 I look forward to getting to know the community better and hopefully meeting some of you in person.
