Good afternoon BP!

I've been listening to the podcast and checking out the content on the BP website for a couple weeks and finally decided to jump into the forums. 

I'm brand new to real estate and my main goals right now are learning more about purchasing small multi-family properties to rent out, especially in the Triangle area, and getting starting on finding my first deal! I'm also interested in house hacking and I'm amazed by how much material is available right here on the forums.
