Good afternoon BP community. With the exception of my own personal residences I have NO experience. I have read, and re-read my Real Estate Investment books. I ran across BP while researching. I wish I had found this site sooner, but I'm here now. Right now I am looking for guidance in the Las Vegas NV market, with emphasis on Buy and Hold small multi-family, and "C" Class single family homes. It is my goal to obtain enough properties to eventually become a full time investor and leave my 9 to 5, but I'll keep sharpening the ax until that day.
