Hi, my name is Ariel and I am currently studying finance at Fordham University. I've got some background experience in Real Estate through some family holdings. We've got a handful of apartment buildings in the Poughkeepsie, New York area that have been gutted and completely rehabbed within the last five years. In addition to our real estate holdings, we've also got a full service contracting business that primarily deals with other investors. My goals for interacting in the BiggerPockets community is to learn more about strategy around capital gains (as opposed to long term rentals), to gain a network of people that can facilitate deal flow and to offer construction services to other investors.
