Hey guys, I am a 25 y/o Accountant and Brand new to Bigger Pockets. Loved the podcasts and thought I would introduce myself. I am looking into purchasing my first residential rental property with another partner in the St. Louis area. We easily have the funds to put a 20% down payment on a house in the $110-120K range with the funds for any renovations needed. We have an agreed upon strategy (Buy and Hold) and feel we have the money to move forward. Looking forward to the journey and contributing to the community. Right off the bat if anyone has any advice or good articles/other discussions on how to move forward in a partnership I would love to hear some advice! Such as how to start an LLC together, get financed with a partner or how the bank account would work. Thanks!
