Hi everyone,

I hope this post finds you all well. A quick background on myself is that, I am a 30 year old full time working professional in the Northern Virginia/DC area. I have always had a passion for real estate and have wanted to become an RE Investor for quite some time. I am extremely happy that I found the BiggerPockets community because that gave me the spark to say that my dream to become a real estate investor is within reach and that it is never too late to start.

I currently love my W-2 job, but with the amount of stress that it puts on me and my family I realize that it is not something that I will be able to do forever. I am looking to start a RE Investment career on the side that will eventually take over full time and I will be able to retire from my job early. I want to be able to take care of my family and eventually be able to get to a point where I can give a significant amount to communities and charities that I care for.

I am completely new to all of the strategies that a RE Investor can use in order to gain full financial freedom but I am interested in learning about any and all that I can practice while still performing my W-2 job at the highest level. Thank you for your time in reading this and if you are in the Northern VA/DC area and need any help, please let me know. I am happy to help and learn in any way that I can.

-Tripp B.
