Building Inspections and Code Enforcement

Good morning all,

My name is Phillip.

I`m a Combination building inspector for a Municipality in southern California. I`m here to inform anyone wanting to know my experience with home purchases and the hidden none permitted work performed. I have  first hand experience with what happens when hidden work is done without permits.  The shock and heartache when facing code enforcement.  I want to help you with the process of facing the zoning and building issues encountered and how to negotiate with any municipality to resolve any of these issues.    I am considered to be an expert witness in cases regarding, garage space converted into habitable space. Commercial, Industrial and residential. I also handled Marijuana dispensary cases.  Escrow Inspections sometimes miss the work performed without permits. I also look real deep at the missed information on the Assessors Records!   I`m here to help anyone who may have questions.  If you would like to find out more let me know.

All the best,
