Owner financing multiple properties
I'm interested in owner financing multiple homes. I live in Phila. Pa. Is there a limit to the amount of homes I can sell in a year? Are there any loan servicing companies that may be suitable for this situation? Do loan servicing companies assist in foreclosures and refinancing if its necessary? What's the best way to go about seller financing? How do I go about securing the note without my name being on deed? Any advice is useful. Thanks in advance.
