New(ish) to BP - Michael Angelo Pachuilo

Hello to everyone on BP.

Just want to take the opportunity to formally introduce myself to the forums. I currently reside in Southern Maryland working on a $4 Billion industrial construction project and will be relocating to the greater Kansas City area within the next month where I will begin my REI journey.

I am currently seeking single and/or multi-family fixer-uppers. Prior to my industrial career, I worked residential construction for 5 years so I am willing and able to self-perform my first several renovations until I build significant cash reserves to warrant subcontracting.

*** I am also seeking local wholesalers within the greater Kansas City area. My capacity to self-perform renovations means I am willing offer significantly more on properties that would be considered less desirable by experienced investors so by all means, send me your leftovers.

I am an avid learner so I will not be posting ridiculous questions to the forums that I can easily answer for myself. I am through Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing and of course, Rich Dad Poor Dad. Approximately 30 podcasts complete and continuing to listen between 1-2 per day through my daily commute to and from work.

Thank you for reading,

-Mike P.
