Newbie in Spokane looking to build relationships

Hello BiggerPockets community!

I recently moved to Spokane from Ventura county CA.   After being self employed in pest control for eleven years, my wife and I decided to make a huge leap and move our family.  A great decision. And we haven't looked back.  Now that we are a little more settled in I'm reaching out to find investors and clubs.  I am lacking in investment experience.  Currently reading and studying all aspects of real estate.  Owning a small business for over a decade and buying fixers has created many learning experiences that I hope to transfer to my new passion.

I would love to meet a few people and begin building relationships.  The coffees on me.
