Newbie in North Beach Maryland

Hello everyone my name is Chris Jenkins. I am originally from Georgia but I have lived here in Maryland for the past few years. My family and I moved up here after I took a federal law enforcement position in DC. When we moved we decided to keep our home in Georgia and rent it out. That has worked out very well and peeked my interest in real estate. I have been working a ton of hours here and have used this job to position myself to begin investing more. I'm really interested in buy and holds for cash flow. The BRRRR method intrigues me if anyone has some ideas. I've done some research into the Baltimore/DC market but I am still learning. Thanks for any help you guys may provide.
