New investor trying to house hack in San Antonio
Hi friends, my name is Wes Anderson. I'm a military guy who will be new to San Antonio come September. I am brand new to BP and real estate investing and have yet to purchase my first property. I got hooked on the idea of real estate investing about 3 months ago after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. Since then I have obsessed over the BP podcast, and other real estate investing books. My short term goal is to get a deal on a multifamily and do some house hacking for my first year in Texas. Long term I want to achieve financial freedom before I turn 30 (I'm 24 now). Right now I just want to make some contacts in the city and learn as much as I can before making my first purchase.
