Hello from Houston, Texas.

Hello BP! 

I live south of Houston in a town called Manvel, Texas. It's just south of Pearland, if you're familiar with the area. My wife and I moved to Houston 4 years ago and rented for 2 years in Myerland, before we bought in Manvel. I am a Systems Engineer in IT for a large corporation and my wife works as a Sales Engineer for an Oil & Gas service company. When I am not working, I am typically listening to BP podcasts, audiobooks, talking shop, or possibly relaxing with friends playing a board game. 

After purchasing our first home two years ago, I replaced my 15 year old car in the same year. Since then, I am working on building up those cash reserves for my investing. I am open to all kind of opportunities. I have been evaluating the Houston and northern Indiana markets, so if you are in the area drop a line. Coffee or lunch is on me!
