Hi everybody. My name is Joshua LaVeck, and I am fairly new to real estate and to BiggerPockets. I am from and currently live in Baltimore, Maryland in the Catonsville and Arbutus area. I am the Production Coordinator for a manufacturing company, but I am looking to change my quality of life and career path with real estate. I work with my parents in their real estate investing on the side already and am just looking to expand our network and our education with BiggerPockets. My dad actually introduced me to BiggerPockets through the podcast. I liked what I heard and thought that I would check out the website. My goals are to acquire rental properties as cash-flow properties and to find properties to flip, at least to start. Also, I am just looking to meet new people and learn everything that I can about real estate!
