Well I figured after tinkering around for a little I was comfortable enough to say hey. I don't think I can remember the last time I did a introduction like this one! haha... A little about me:

Orig from MD, lived in FL now in CLT and have finally taken myself up on learning the wholesale biz. It only took me 3/4 courses and some money wasted for it to get beaten into my thick skull (lol) so joining BP in my attempt at arming myself with juicy knowledge! I'm rather glad I found it too, this site is awesome.
