Hello all!

I am interested in real estate investing in the DMV area. I live in Silver Spring, MD and interested in networking and building a team. I want to do flips initially to build cash reserve and then eventually buy and hold. I am not completely new to investing, I own a rental property in Tennessee run by a property manager. However, I want to have a local business.
