I am a member that has been watching Bigger Pockets Podcast for the past 3+ months and have become more and more interested in real estate investing and would like to begin purchasing rental properties.  I am looking to invest in the central wisconsin area, but if a great deal comes along would be willing to reach out farther that just central wisconsin.  I live near Wisconsin Rapids and work in the Necedah, New Lisbon, Mauston area.
