21 years old and I've caught the bug!

Hi my name is Ray,

I'm 21 years old and I live in Orange County, CA. I work full-time to support myself and I plan on going back to school part-time in the fall. I stumbled into real estate investing about 2 weeks ago after sitting down with my Dad and talking about passive income. All I can say is that I've caught the bug and I'm absolutely hooked!

My short-term goal is to find some sort of simple first-time investment (either a buy&hold or an easy rehab/flip) within the next 6 months.

My long-term goal is early retirement (before I'm 34) with enough cash flow to live comfortably and travel 2 months out of the year.

I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I've been using the Bigger Pockets forums and podcast as my sources of education so far. You guys are awesome and I'm excited to learn more and form some strong relationships along the way.

Thank you!

Ray Hopkins
