Hello everyone!

My name is Cain, I'm a new investor looking to get a jump start in the real estate market in The Greater Philadelphia Area. I just graduated from Penn State, and came straight from Los Angeles. I'm looking to establish my real estate team asap. I've been attending meetings and networking, but I'm always looking for more help. 

Anyone in there area have any success stories?
