Greetings, I'm Jesse and I'm one too. As in I have just taken my first steps into this whole REI business. I waited for the right time to jump in, and I honestly think that my life is where I needed it to be to get started. I had looked at it and thought it was just a pipe dream for a long time and then met someone who shared my dream and together we are making it a business. @Andrew Bosworth Right now we picked up our first a few weeks back in the the Harrisburg area, it's a single family residence, we are mostly interested in multifamily units but this one just kind of fell into place for us and we didn't want to get stuck in that "waiting for the perfect deal" mindset and this was actually a really sweet deal.
