Hey BP!

New member, and soon to be first time real estate investor. I'll be working in Manhattan this fall, and thought it fitting to start off my real estate investing career with a "house hack" multi-family from which I can commute to my new job. I know it's a complete seller's market around the city, but interest rates can't go anywhere but up!

Here trying to arm myself with the knowledge necessary to scour this hot market and find a good deal. I would also love to grab coffee/lunch with someone more experienced than myself, and attend local meetings!

Looking forward to being a part of this great community!
