Turn-Key Companies, Bay Area
Hi BPC,
Fairly new to the site, have been listening to the podcast during my daily commute and learning lots. On the episode today, #219 with Dr Kenyon Meadows, he discussed Turn-Key opportunities and companies. I'm in the SF Bay Area, any suggestions from the community on reputable companies for Turn-Key? I'd prefer to stay local, for my first few deals. Thanks all!

While it's true that there are not any companies advertising themselves as "Turnkey" out on the West Coast like they do in the midwest you can still get the same bundle of services out on the West Coast if you so desire.
EVERY MARKET has properties for sale. Many of them are move in ready. Move in ready = turnkey.
EVERY MARKET has Real Estate Brokerages that handle property management.
You combine yourself a move in ready property with a Real Estate Brokerage that handles property management you just got yourself a West Coast Turnkey property.
Now the next natural question; Will your West Coast Turnkey Property Cash Flow or not? That's a topic for another day. + There are a lot of reasons to buy rental real estate other than cash flow.
