Hi everyone,

My name is Rich, I am new to the site here. I am a realtor in Peoria,IL for the last 4 years. However, I have zero experience with investment properties. I am looking to learn as much as I can to better serve clients and for myself as well. I would like to eventually start building some other forms of income.

Still trying to figure out the site too, but there looks to be a ton of info here.
