Hello everyone! I am a new BP member from the Pittsburgh, PA region. I have some experience in real estate, through my own properties and estate settlement proceedings over the years.

I currently have one rental property that has been serving me well for some time now, but I feel as though it's time to branch out a bit more this year. I have my financial house in order to begin to pursue that goal. Happy to be here!
