Newbie eyeing the Omaha Market

Hi all, I'm new to the game, looking at Omaha, NE.  I will be an out of state investor but now the area fairly well as we have family there. 

I'd love to get to know other Omaha investors.  Also, to get started would love to hear recommendations for local realtors and PM companies.
