Las Vegas newbie--here for contacts and advice

Hi All! I'm loving this forum with all the like-minded people why didn't I find it sooner! Anyways I'm in the military and own a rental condo and currently own the home I live in(but I'm trying to rent that out too). I look forward to continued success with everyone if there are any others in Vegas area I'd absolutely love to meet up and chat. If there is already a group doing this can someone point me in the right direction. Cheers. -Sid
